Privacy Policy
Last Updated: May 14, 2025
Integral Lift (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. We collect, use, and share information only as described in this policy. We comply with all applicable U.S. and state privacy laws. By using IntegralLift.com (our “Site”) or submitting information to us, you consent to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
Personal Information You Provide
When you contact us or submit an inquiry via our website forms, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and any details you provide about your forklift needs. For example, if you request a repair or quote, we may also collect company name or equipment details.
Automatically Collected Information
We also automatically collect data about your visit. Our servers log data your browser sends, which may include your IP address, browser type and version, device type, the pages you visit, and the time and date of your visit. We use Google Analytics and similar tools to gather this information in aggregate for analytics. These cookies and tracking technologies (including Google Analytics cookies and Facebook pixels) let us understand how our site is used and help us improve it.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for business purposes, including:
- Providing Services. To respond to your inquiries, arrange repairs, rentals, or sales of forklifts, provide customer support, and fulfill any contracts.
- Site Improvement. To improve our website and services by analyzing usage patterns (using analytics) and diagnosing technical issues. For example, we use analytics data for internal research and development to test and improve the quality of our Site and services.
- Marketing and Advertising. To send you information about our services if you have requested it (opt-in communications) and to serve you with relevant advertising. We may use your contact information to send newsletters or promotions (you can unsubscribe at any time). We also work with advertising providers (like Google Ads and Facebook) to run interest-based ads. For instance, our Google and Facebook integrations use cookies and identifiers to target ads based on your interests and site behavior. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking (e.g. via Google’s Browser Add-on) and opt out of Facebook ad targeting through Facebook’s Ad Settings.
- Legal and Safety Compliance. To comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax, safety, or shipping regulations) and to protect our customers, site, and business.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our Site. Cookies are small data files placed on your device that help us recognize your browser and collect information about your use of the Site. For example, Google Analytics uses cookies to track visitor activity and requires us to disclose how it collects and processes data. We also use advertising cookies (Google Ads cookies, Facebook pixels, etc.) to deliver targeted advertising. Facebook’s terms explicitly require us to notify you that “third parties, including Facebook, may use cookies…to collect or receive information from your websites…to provide measurement services and target ads” and to explain how you can opt out.
You can choose to disable cookies through your browser settings (most browsers allow you to refuse cookies for all or some websites). Disabling cookies may limit some features of our Site. For targeted ads, you can also use Google’s Ads Settings and Facebook’s ad preference tools to opt out of personalized advertising.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as follows:
- Service Providers. We may share your information with third-party service providers who help us operate our business, such as website hosting (Go High Level), email and marketing platforms, analytics services, IT providers, and customer support vendors. For example, we use Google for analytics and advertising, and Facebook for advertising.
- Ad Partners. We may share limited information (such as hashed emails or identifiers) with advertising partners like Google and Facebook to manage ad campaigns. These partners may collect additional information (via their own cookies) as described above. When we share data with ad tech companies, we comply with legal requirements and offer opt-out rights.
- Legal Obligations. We may disclose your information if required by law or legal process (such as a subpoena or court order) or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property, or the rights, safety, or property of others.
- Business Transfers. If Integral Lift is acquired by or merged with another entity, or sells substantially all of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. In such a case, the acquiring entity would assume the privacy obligations described here.
Your Choices and Rights
- Access and Correction. You may request access to or correction of your personal information by contacting us (see below). We will respond within a reasonable time.
- Marketing Opt-Out. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly. We will then stop sending you promotional communications.
- Cookies. As noted above, you can control cookie usage through your browser and opt out of ad tracking via Google and Facebook’s tools.
- California Privacy Rights. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. For example, you can request that we disclose the categories of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the purposes for which the information is used, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it. We will honor verified requests to know or delete personal information in accordance with California law. (We do not “sell” your personal information as defined by law.)
- Do-Not-Track. Our Site does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals sent by browsers.
Children’s Privacy
Our services and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no online transmission or storage method is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time (for example, to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements). The “Last Updated” date above indicates when this Policy was last revised. If we make material changes, we will post the revised Policy on our Site and update the date. Significant changes may also be communicated via email to existing users. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
